7/15/2011 AFFIDAVIT OF ABANDONMENT
I, jaamee amun re el, and sh’toolah el trustees o/b/o First World II Trust, of the age of the majority and competent to testify to the matters listed herein, hereby deposes and states:
1. That, the First World II Trust is acquiring abandoned goods for the benefit of First World II Trust, and its beneficial owners. The peculiar description of abandoned goods is as follows:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 187 of the 14th District, Fulton County, Georgia, Lot 16, Block A-C, Unit 8, Conley Hills, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 47, Fulton County records; which plat is hereby referred to and made a part of this description; being improved property known as 2331 Headland Drive, according to the present system of numbering in Fulton County, Georgia.
Upon which said claim of Right is hereby enforced by said Publication / Public Notice Knowledge this day pursuant to the Georgia state constitution, Paragraph V. Freedom of speech and the press guaranteed. No law shall be passed to curtail or restrain the freedom of speech or of the press. Every person may speak, write, and publish sentiments on all subjects but shall be responsible for the abuse of that liberty.
